LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY

HB 916 Warranty strictly applies to the original owner who has the proof of purchase of the bike.

HB 160 Warranty strictly applies to the original owner who has registered the bike with datatag.

HB 130 Warranty strictly applies to the original owner who has the proof of purchase of the bike and has registered the bike with Hope Technology.

Hope Technology will repair or replace at its discretion any frame it determines to be defective.

Any modifications to the original configuration of the frame will void the Warranty. This includes angleset components, painting and other such modifications.

*Please note - The Warranty does not cover perishable parts like brake pads, rims and tyre unless deemed to be faulty, at Hope Technology’s’ discretion.

LIFETIME FRAME BEARING WARRANTY

Hope Technology HB frame bearings are warrantied for life of the original owner. The frame bearings must be fitted by either Hope Technology or a registered HB dealer.

CARBON HANDLEBAR 

Hope Carbon Handlebars are warrantied for a period of 2 years from purchase, to the original customer.

OTHER HOPE TECHNOLOGY COMPONENTS

Hope Technology components (excluding the frame and bearings ) are warrantied for a period of 2 years from purchase, to the original customer.

NON-WARRANTY PARTS REPLACEMENT

If any part of the bike is damaged or lost, Hope can offer a replacement at a reduced charge, at their discretion.
